Firstan’ Quality Management System
Firstan’s dedicated Quality Assurance department ensures that the company meets or exceeds our accredited quality standards and that procedures are implemented and followed whilst ensuring our customers have relevant support.
Firstan are GMP approved and have achieved certification to ISO 15378:2007, ISO 9001:2008 as well as the BRC/IoP certification. Firstan were the first company in the UK to achieve PS 9000:2011 for the supply of Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials..
In support of environmental concerns Firstan have also worked to achieve FSC and PEFC accreditation. Our next major goal is achieving the Environmental Quality Standard ISO14001 and although not yet accredited Firstan have adopted many ISO14001 practices into the business.
