Carton Designer / trainee Carton Designer

We currently have a vacancy for a Carton Designer (Or possibly a trainee with some CAD experience) in our busy CAD department, working closely with Customers, Sales, our Pre Media department and Manufacturing Personnel.

The ideal candidate would be expected to possess:

Good communication and people skills, with the ability to work well within a team.

A wealth of ideas for improving the profitability of the client through design innovation/project work.

Good attention to detail.

A willing and helpful approach, particularly with customers’ needs.

Leary fully Automated Qualtiy Assurance systems installed on all glue lines.

Installation of two new Sun Engineering gluing lines replacing 2 older machines.

Firstan achieve PE-FC Accreditation.
We have also made major investments in our QA system providing an auto ejection system for all rouge cartons.

April 2007

A full refurbishment has been carried out on all of our gluers, also we have placed an order for two new Sun Gluing Machines that will be installed mid August.
